Dimlux HPS

A complete DimLux HPS fixture differs from a separate HPS bulb or replacement reflector. Expert and PRO fixtures combine lighting with the associated components in a complete version. Check lamp type, electrical connection and hanging space together.

Complete fixtures, separate lamps and accessories perform different roles within DimLux. Choose a complete fixture for a new lighting setup and a matching component for maintenance or replacement.

Compare Expert Series MKII 600/750W EL UHF DXO, Expert Series 1000W DE and PRO Series 1000W with Smart IEC. These names refer to different versions. Rated wattage is only one factor when selecting a suitable fixture.

Check supply requirements, connections and lamp version together. The 315W Full Spectrum CMH model uses a different lighting technology and is outside the complete HPS group.

To control multiple fixtures together, first check their compatibility with the DimLux Maxi Controller. Use the cable route and settings specified for your fixture and controller versions.

A suitable Maxi Controller connection matches the exact fixture generation. Check the electrical load and each light’s own power supply as well as the communication route.

Compare HPS with DimLux LED grow lights according to your growing area, available height and climate control. When changing the light source, reassess light distribution and temperature at plant level.

Include VPD and plant temperature in your climate assessment. A CO₂ sensor measures a different property and does not replace temperature or humidity readings.
