Keep air moving around your plants with a fan that suits your available space and mounting point. Compare our Ralight 45 and 50 cm wall fans. Check the support before choosing a wall model for a grow tent: tent fabric cannot carry its weight.

A circulation fan moves air within the space. Removing warm, humid air requires a separate extraction system. A wall fan does not replace an inline duct fan and ducting.
Assess air movement around plants and fresh air exchange separately. More circulation alone cannot automatically correct high humidity or warm incoming air.
Start on a low setting and direct air across the plants. Use oscillation to spread movement, checking sheltered corners too. Leaves can move gently; plants constantly flattened by airflow need a lower speed or a different direction.
Recheck as plants grow taller and denser. Keep leaves, cables and tent fabric away from the grille. Unplug the fan before cleaning.
Start with a suitable mounting point. Both Ralight models are wall fans: they keep floor space free but need firm support. Do not hang a wall fan from tent fabric or assume a tent pole can support its weight.
The 45 cm model has three power settings: 50, 60 and 90 W. The 50 cm model offers 70, 80 and 110 W. Both oscillate and allow manual vertical adjustment. Measure the space needed for the grille, bracket and full swing; the stated diameter is not the installation size.
We recommend checking the mounting arrangement first, then adjusting airflow. A larger fan only helps if it fits and you can distribute air without continually blasting one plant.

Find a suitable mounting point, adjust the airflow and check sheltered corners. Practical fan placement advice for grow tents and grow rooms.
