Start with the airflow your installation needs, then check the flange size. Wilco Original offers five combinations. The 200 mm connection is available with both 1500 and 2000 m³/h, so matching diameters do not mean matching filter capacities.
Choose the filter together with your duct fan and complete duct run. Stated filter capacity is not a measured airflow in your grow tent. Duct length, bends and the filter itself add resistance.
Allow space for the filter body, connection and mounting hardware. The photograph shows the filter family and is not a scale comparison of the five models. Check the selected model before ordering.

| Model | Stated filter capacity | Flange size |
|---|---|---|
| Wilco Original 500 | 500 m³/h | 125 mm |
| Wilco Original 1000 | 1000 m³/h | 160 mm |
| Wilco Original 1500 | 1500 m³/h | 200 mm |
| Wilco Original 2000 | 2000 m³/h | 200 mm |
| Wilco Original 2500 | 2500 m³/h | 250 mm |
Record the diameters of your filter, fan and ducting. The smallest Original has a 125 mm flange; the 1000 m³/h model uses 160 mm. Both the 1500 and 2000 m³/h models use 200 mm, while the 2500 m³/h model connects to 250 mm ducting.
Prefer a straightforward run with suitable connection sizes. A reducer changes the connection, but does not increase filter capacity. Our guide to duct diameter and length helps you plan the joints.
Provide secure support and access for inspection and maintenance. Do not leave the filter weight hanging from the ducting. Check joints for leaks and keep the air path free from kinks and compressed sections.
A pre-filter sleeve catches dust; it does not replace the activated carbon. Check it regularly for dirt. Our guide to fitting ducting to a flange explains how to choose a clamp and seal the joint.

Choose ducting around your connections and the route through your tent. This guide helps you select a type and avoid unnecessary bends, leaks and resistance.
