Choose a Wilco Inline carbon filter by capacity and connection size. Our range includes 500 m³/h with a 125 mm flange and 1000 or 1500 m³/h with a 200 mm flange. Match the filter to your extraction system and complete duct run. We can help you choose the model and suitable fittings.

Plan the position in your duct run

Choose a Wilco Inline carbon filter as part of your extraction system. Sketch the route from air intake to exhaust before ordering and decide where the filter will sit. Check available space, connection sizes and access for maintenance. A filter is not a fan: air movement requires separate extraction equipment.

Keep the run straightforward and avoid sharp bends in flexible ducting. Use our guide to duct diameter and fitting to plan the connections.

Match the filter and extraction together

The stated filter capacity helps you select a model. It does not guarantee that this amount of air will flow through your installation. The filter, duct length, bends and connections all affect the fan operating point. Compare the required airflow with the data for the complete setup.

Check both the filter connection and your duct fan. Two components with 200 mm connections do not automatically have matching airflow requirements. Send us the fan data and duct layout if you need help checking the combination.

500, 1000 or 1500 m³/h: which model fits?

Our Wilco Inline range has three models. Use capacity and flange size together to narrow your choice:

  • 500 m³/h — 125 mm flange: the model with the smallest connection.
  • 1000 m³/h — 200 mm flange: for a 200 mm duct run whose required filter capacity is within this rating.
  • 1500 m³/h — 200 mm flange: a higher stated capacity with the same connection size.

The two 200 mm models differ in capacity. Do not choose by diameter alone. Before ordering, also check dimensions, the intended mounting arrangement and the fittings your setup needs. The photo represents the series and is not a scale comparison.
