These kits share the same tent dimensions but use different tent ranges, LED lights and climate meters. Wattage alone does not compare light distribution or yield. Adjust dimming and hanging height to the light, crop and growth stage.
Measure the length, width and height of the intended location. Leave room to open the door, reach your plants and run the ducting. Inside the tent, pots, light hangers, the light and filter also take up space. Choose the tent size before comparing light wattages.
Starter kits use Mammoth Lite tents. Professional kits are built around Mammoth Pro, with different lights across the range. The Pro 80 includes a Lumatek Attis 200W Pro; the Pro 120 includes a DimLux Xplore 730W 3.0. A series name alone does not identify the supplied light.
Ultimate kits with Mammoth Elite S.A. or OCR Premium tents add under-canopy lighting, an OptiClimate system and CO₂ controls. Plan power, climate equipment and controls as one installation. Check the requirements of each supplied model and have the site facilities assessed.
The core equipment includes a tent, grow light, extractor, fan controller, carbon filter, ducting and clamps, thermo-hygrometer and circulation fan. Starter kits and smaller Professional models include a timer; larger Professional kits use a lighting controller. For Ultimate, compare the lighting controller and additional climate equipment too.
Check exact models and quantities in your chosen kit. Larger setups may have several lights and circulation fans. The Mammoth Elite S.A. 360 Ultimate kit, for example, includes six main lights and six under-canopy lights. That requires a different installation plan from a single-light kit.
Pots, growing media, nutrients and pH/EC meters are not included as standard. Choose your growing medium and watering method first, then suitable pots, nutrients and measuring equipment. Leave access for watering and collecting runoff.
Already own a light or ventilation equipment? Compare the supplied parts with what you plan to keep. A separate tent may make more sense when reusing several components. Check dimensions, connections, load limits and control methods.
