At Greendiscounter we do everything we can to deliver your order quickly, safely and on fair terms. This page explains shipping costs, delivery times, collection from our store and parcel tracking.
Delivery time
We normally dispatch your order within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to one additional day.

Your order is delivered as a parcel. If it fits through a letterbox, we send it as a letterbox parcel.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the number of parcels needed for your order. The following rates apply to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium:

We calculate shipping costs based on the actual number of boxes needed to send your order safely.
Pallet shipping
Orders weighing more than 300 kg in total, or containing large items or items weighing more than 30 kg, are shipped on a pallet.

Collect from our store
To avoid shipping costs, you can also collect your order free of charge from our store in Emmerich.
