Product description
Prevent reflection losses with the Dimlux Ultra Optics 98 Add-On Reflector.
With the Dimlux Ultra Optics 98 Add-On Reflector, you minimize reflection losses by extending your reflector. These Add-ons are made of Miro 95 Hammerhead mirrors and have a reflectivity as high as 95%.
The Add-on reflectors easily mount on the Ultra Optics 98's adjustable reflectors.
The add-on reflectors are available in 2 variants. One is for the long/side sides and the other for the short sides of the lamp and are shipped per 2 pieces.
Pros and cons
- Pros: The reflector directs light more efficiently toward the crop so the available output is used better
- Pros: The open design makes it easy to position the lamp at a suitable height above the crop
- Cons: The reflector requires a matching lamp socket and often a separate ballast
- Cons: The required hanging height means sufficient free space above the crop is needed
