LED or HPS: choosing your grow light

LED draws less power for the same light output and puts out less heat. In a small or poorly ventilated space that is the deciding argument.
HPS is cheaper up front and delivers a very predictable result. If you have the headroom and the extraction to move the heat, it is still a sound choice.
